General terms and conditions of use and shopping

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between WWW.BLCKVANILLA.COM, registered with MARVO BRANDS , and users who use the website WWW.BLCKVANILLA.COM . By accessing and using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. General provisions

  • The store offers sales of goods via the Internet.

  • All prices are in Bulgarian leva including VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • WWW.BLCKVANILLA.COM reserves the right to change prices and terms without prior notice.

2. Orders

  • Orders are accepted via the website 24/7.

  • An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

  • The merchant reserves the right to refuse an order in the following cases:

    • incorrect or incomplete data;

    • systematic rejection of shipments by the customer;

    • suspicions of abuse or fraud.

3. Payment

  • We accept payments via:

    • cash on delivery (upon delivery);

    • bank transfer;

    • other methods explicitly stated on the site.

  • All payments are made in Bulgarian leva.

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made via courier company to an address or office.

  • Delivery time is 1–3 business days , unless otherwise agreed.

  • In the event of a refused or unclaimed shipment without a valid reason, the merchant reserves the right:

    • to request advance payment for future orders;

    • or terminate service to the customer.

5. Returns and complaints

  • The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days, according to the Consumer Protection Act.

  • Returns are only possible if the product is in its original condition and does not fall into the categories without the right to return (e.g. underwear, swimwear, hygiene products, cosmetics).

  • Refunds are made only by bank transfer after providing the IBAN and name of the account holder.

6. Warranties and liability

  • All goods are new and of guaranteed quality.

  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, the merchant is obligated to replace the product or refund the amount.

  • The merchant is not responsible for:

    • color differences due to the specifics of the customer's screen;

    • damage caused by improper use of the product;

    • delays due to the courier company's fault.

7. Personal data

  • We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. .

  • By placing an order, the client agrees that his data will be used for the purposes of fulfilling the order.

8. Copyright

  • The content of the site (texts, photos, logo, design) is the property of WWW.BLCKVANILLA.COM and is protected by the Copyright Act.

  • Its use without permission is prohibited.

9. Applicable law

  • These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law.

  • All disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if this is not possible, by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
