1. Delivery methods

  • Deliveries are made via a courier company (e.g. Econt or Speedy ) to an address specified by the customer or to a selected courier office.

  • The customer is obliged to provide accurate and correct delivery details (address, name, telephone number). In case of incorrect details, the merchant is not responsible for any delay or inability to deliver.


2. Delivery times

  • Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • During periods of promotions, holidays or emergencies, the deadline may be extended.

  • In case of delay due to the courier company's fault, the merchant is not responsible.


3. Shipping cost

  • The shipping cost is calculated automatically when completing the order and is displayed before finalizing.

  • Free delivery is possible with certain promotions (terms are announced in advance on the site).


4. Receiving the shipment

  • The customer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt and, in case of any missing or visible damage, to notify the courier and request the preparation of a report.

  • Complaints without a protocol from the courier will not be honored.


5. Unreceived/refused shipment

  • In the event of a refused shipment without good reason or an unclaimed shipment, the customer is required to pay the transportation costs in both directions.

  • The merchant reserves the right to refuse future orders or require advance payment from customers who systematically refuse or do not receive shipments.
